A New Chapter for Sharmans: Joining the PTSG Family

We’re excited to share a major milestone in our journey: HD Sharman Ltd (Sharmans) has joined forces with Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG), the UK’s leading provider of specialist services to the construction and facilities management sectors.

This marks a significant milestone for us. Since 1970, we’ve built Sharmans on a foundation of engineering excellence, innovation, and strong client relationships. From our home in Chapel-en-le-Frith, we’ve grown into a nationally recognised name — best known for our proprietary BBA approved Plygene Gutterline system as well as Delcote and Seamsil roof coatings systems, which have extended the life of commercial buildings across the UK for over 5 decades. Now, as part of the PTSG family, we’re entering a new and exciting phase to build on our legacy all while staying true to who we are.

As the newly appointed Managing Director of HD Sharman Group, Leigh Daveran is honoured to lead the business into this next chapter. He says “we’re excited about what lies ahead. We remain committed to our customers, our people, and our promise to deliver engineered solutions that protect and prolong the value of building assets.”

Mark de Rozarieux, who has been the driving force behind our success has stepped down as Managing Director but will remain closely involved in the business. He will continue to serve on our Board of Directors and support our integration with PTSG—helping us identify new commercial opportunities across the PSTG Group and ensuring that quality and service remain at the heart of everything we do.
