Turnback method (minimum 70mm overhang) – if the flashing cannot be removed

• Fit liner up the front of the existing eaves cover flashing
• Return the liner onto the underside of the roof sheet ensuring there is a minimum further 70mm overhang
• Fit new once bent flashing to mechanically fix the liner to the underside of the roof sheet using Sharmans fixings

Note: Although this method will solve leaks in the gutter, there is a risk that any water that penetrates the top sheet could ingress behind the liner. Every effort should be made to achieve option 1.
