Sump box complete with outlet

• Make sure the gutter around the sump box is clean and dry. Blow dry with heat gun if damp
• Continue to roll the liner two metres beyond the sump box ensuring the liner is pressed firmly into the gutter creases
• Using a Stanley knife, cut around the sump box removing the section of liner
• Pin the liner at the four corners first and every 200mm along the length and width
• Ensure Sharmans Fixing Caps are installed over all fixings prior to welding
• Push the sump box through the hole in the liner ready for welding
• Tack weld the sump box on all four corners forming four pockets that require welding
• Fully weld all four pockets to the liner to complete the installation
• Allow the sump box to cool before probe testing the weld
• Any un-welded area’s will have to be re-welded and again probe tested once cool
