  • Remove the slates or tiles as far as the first batten
  • Remove first batten
  • Fit the liner to the full profile of the gutter to the first batten position over the top of the tilt fillet
  • Reinstall the batten ensuring a fix to each rafter
  • Dress the sarking felt or equivalent over the liner
  • Reinstall the slates or tiles
