Trapping the liner under existing cap flashings

• At survey stage ensure liner can be fitted under the cap flashing
• Ensure the capping flashings are in good condition and suitable for use
• Remove the cap flashing, install the liner so as the upstand is covered and the liner is returned under the cap flashing
• Replace the flashing and fixings to trap the liner
