This video details Golden Rule number six of successful Plygene Gutterline installation.

Installation Golden Rule 6: Insert split thimbles at 45 degrees.

In order to insert split thimbles at 45 degrees, the liner above the outlet must be warmed until pliable and flexible.

Once the liner is at the correct temperature, overlap the split thimble and insert it at 45 degrees to the centre of the outlet.

Once released, you will allow the split thimble to slowly open.

Tap the split thimble with a rubber mallet or hammer shank, until it hits the gutter sole, making sure the split thimble does not overlap.
