Bespoke moulded full side outlet (MWOS)
Prior to any hot air welding of the full side outlet, the liner should be pinned and fixed.

Be sure to refer to the current health & safety guide when drilling holes in highly bonded materials such as asbestos cement.
Unlike other bespoke moulded components, the ‘200 rule’ for fixings requirements doesn’t apply to outlets.
Fixings requirements for outlets
As in the illustration, four fixings should be used for any outlet with a diameter up to and including 200mm.
If the diameter of the outlet exceeds 200mm, six fixings are required instead.
