Help During A Project
On select projects, our UK-based Technical Service Managers will visit site to provide advice during installation inspect, ensure that the performance specification is being met and deal with more complex roof refurbishment requirements.
We also have a dedicated head office technical helpline for queries and a full range of technical data sheets online, for real time access.
Audits & inspections
To ensure that the installation quality achieved by Sharmans network of Approved Contractors is of the highest industry standard in support of the NFRC’s key objectives, we operate an ongoing audit and inspection review process on all specified projects.
We provide a detailed site inspection report covering a description of any issues with detailed photographs included. Our Technical Service Managers will then document the required remedial work and solutions for fixing the issues.
Sign off and guarantees
All installations are certified against a demanding checklist by our experienced Technical Services Management team prior to authorising the system guarantees. In this way we ensure that the highest standards of installation are delivered on all our systems.
All Sharmans systems come with the assurance of a standard product guarantee covering the material components, ranging from 12 months to 25 years.
